We Install for Businesses and Properties, Not Single-Family Homes

Commercial buildings have fire marshals, permits, code requirements and dozens of doors. The work we do every day, from addressable fire alarm panels to access control across a whole property, is built around that. Residential security is a different business with different equipment, different service expectations and different licensing in many cases. Doing it half well would not be fair to you.

Our technicians spend their days in mechanical rooms, stairwells and ceiling spaces of commercial buildings. That is where we are strongest, and it is where we would like to keep our focus.

The line is the building, not the size of the job. An apartment community, a condominium or HOA common area, a church, a small office and a medical practice are all properties we serve. A single-family house, even one with a large budget, is not. A landlord with a portfolio of apartment buildings is exactly who we work for.

We say this early because a service call to a house is a slow, expensive way to learn it. It is also why you will not find a home system on our price list or our equipment page.
